Hi, my name is Lincoln Bellas and I am 9 years old. I love lego! Saving up my pocket money wasn't going to buy me the set I wanted, so I decided I needed to start my own business. I used my Mum's Vista Print account to make and order my very own business cards and a t-shirt. After they were sent to the house Mum and Day couldn't really say no!

I practised my pitch with my Mum and Dad. Put on my t-shirt, hat and jeans then went door to door.  I mowed two lawns that week!

I asked lots of questions about starting up a business. Dad and I figured out, because I'm so young, that I had to get a Tax File Number (TFN), then I could get an Australian Business Number (ABN). So after a trip to the post office and lots of waiting my TFN turned up in the mail.  Once I had an ABN, then I  was able to register my business. Now I even have a website, where my customers can book and pay online.

 

I take great pride in my work and can't wait to make your lawn look really beautiful!
